Fitrium — a workout log that runs in your browser

Fitrium is a training log for people who lift: pick a program, open the day you are training, and write down what you actually did — weight, reps and sets, or the time you held a set. Every exercise keeps its own history, and each new entry is compared against the last one, so the number beside a card tells you whether you moved up or down since the previous session.

Programs, or your own

Start from a ready-made Full Body plan at two or three sessions a week, or build a program of your own from the exercise library and train the days you choose. A program written elsewhere can be imported, and what you have already logged is kept when the program changes.

Body weight over time

Log your weight and watch the line rather than a single number. The chart reads by week, month or year, and colours each move by whether it is the direction you are aiming for — gaining and cutting want opposite colours out of the same data.

Works offline, keeps your data on your device

Add Fitrium to your home screen and it opens full screen, launches with no connection, and keeps working in a gym basement with no signal. Everything you log is stored on your device — there is no account, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded. A backup file can be exported at any time and read back on another device, or by the iPhone app.

The iPhone app

This browser version covers logging and progress. The Fitrium app for iPhone adds an AI program generator, an Apple Watch companion, Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, Apple Health, workout analytics and iCloud backup — and it reads the backup exported here, so nothing logged in the browser is lost when you move over.
